Strategy

The Center for the Study of Student Life (CSSL) serves as a critical partner in advancing divisional and departmental strategy. Through strategic planning support, impact reporting, program review and annual departmental priority-setting processes, CSSL helps Student Life assess progress, make evidence-informed decisions and align resources with divisional goals. Together, these initiatives create a coordinated approach to strategy that supports continuous improvement, accountability and student success across the division.

Student Life Strategic Plan

The Student Life Strategic Plan defines the division's vision, priorities and goals. It serves as the foundation for decision-making, resource allocation and strategic initiatives across Student Life. The current Strategic Plan will guide the division from January 2026 through June 2028.
